Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION APPOINTMENTS:
Should your plans change, we request the courtesy of a cancellation notice 24hrs in advance of your scheduled appointment time. Late cancellation will be charged 50% of scheduled service fee. The full service fee will be charged for no show appointments.
MEDICAL CONCERNS
We request that you disclose any medical conditions or prescription medications as they may be affected by certain spa services. Please advise our professional staff of any allergies, sensitivities or if you are pregnant.
